Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a multifamily portfolio located in Raleigh, Fayetteville, Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina.  To be based in either Charlotte or Raleigh, North Carolina, this manager will be responsible for all financial and operational matters for the assigned portfolio which may range in size from 4 to 10 properties in multiple markets (depending on size and complexity).

The Regional Manager supervises the Property Managers within the portfolio, and directs and coordinates all community activities to achieve the financial and business objectives of both the company and/or third-party owners (if applicable).  The Manager must be able to accomplish all of the above in accordance with applicable laws and company policies, as well as perform other assignments as required when so directed by company management.
